A not-secure website will use http while a secure site will use https.
On the 29th of June, I used the support chat again as it was still not working. In Chrome and Firefox, there’s usually a little green padlock with the word “Secure.” Safari has a gray padlock next to the site name. Great! Chrome users don't have a comparable extension, but you can always open up Firefox and drag the URL from Chrome's Omnibar into Firefox's tab bar. (That little “s” on the end just means your connection is secure!) Check if it isn't opening/offline today only for you or not loading for everyone else! Clear your browser temporary cache and cookie to make sure you have the recent version of vistaprint.ie.

You can delete the old profile if you no longer need it by deleting the "Backup Default" folder. Force a full refresh of your browser page by clicking Ctrl + F5 at the same time. I have used 4 other browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Edge) to access the site and with no better results. To change Chrome's user agent, you can either download the On Firefox, you can download the Again, this method is a bit more roundabout, but doesn't require any extensions installed.For more info on user agent strings and how to change them in your favorite browser, Sometimes, your problem can be a bit more complicated, and you'll actually see rendering errors on the page. It's kind of a pain, but there are a few things you can do to make it easier.
You can delete the old profile from the Profile Manager if you no longer need it.

Click "Create Profile" and give it a name.
Instead, you'll just need to open that page in another browser from now on.
