I FILED ON MARCH 30TH & STILL NOTHING!! The key is to keep calling, I called about 10 times and finally got through and was able to speak to someone that looked up my claim. I’ve had claims about 8 weeks old pending and finally got them in paid status today! I have been calling every day and i never get through past the "were receiving too many calls goodbye" until today it told me to wait for the next rep and listened to the music for about 10min and then it just hangs up. She told me there was an A&A flag on my profile and that’s why my claim certification was in pending. DON'T BE DISCOURAGED! Love you all!!! The 213 number worked. I had called the 866 number everyday from 8am to 12pm and couldn’t get through. The 916 654 9140 number worked first try.
Viel Glück! I was told my hold time would be 6 min but I was on hold for 40 mins. An angel answered the phone! I was able to speak with a very helpful man named Jarrod. I called back and what do you know this number is done at noon. I had made a mistake on my UI claim and learned that the only way to fix it was to talk to a rep, but it seemed impossible to get through with the 800 number. Anyone have experience here? worked for me! No method works 100% of the time, but just simply calling the regular line works almost 0% of the time. Left her my name, phone info, SSN.
